Wow, 2019 has been a big year for us! We’ve had a record year of growth, from new hires to our biggest deal yet. We’re so excited to see what 2020 is going to bring, but as we prepare for our next biggest year, we’re reflecting on everything that happened in 2019.

The Exceptional Foundation’s Chili Cook-off is always a team favorite. This year’s secret ingredient was tater tots!
Bookclub
Our bookclub is completely coworker led and helps grow our team’s skills on a weekly basis.
Women of KEYSYS
The Women of KEYSYS make up a large part of our team. They meet once a month to eat and learn new skills together. Photography, design, and personality types have been the favorite subjects so far.
Night Under the Big Top
Glenwood’s annual event is always a good excuse to dress up and support the local charity
1 Video Game
We launched an Alpha version of our first video game built entirely in Unity! (more details coming in 2020)
STREAM Innovations
This year we were able to host a group of innovators interested in technology and show them a peek into what it’s like working at a software company
GirlSpring
GirlSpring is one of the newest organizations to become a “Friends of KEYSYS.” One of our team members, Kirsten is on the Junior Board for GirlSpring.
TechBham
Our Chief Commercial Officer, Grant Woolwine is on the Board for TechBham and Sloss Tech
Apprenticeship
We participated in Alabama’s first IT apprenticeship program with Innovate Birmingham. Meet Tanner!
MoMo Fest
Every year, three of our coworkers lead the team in making MoMos, a traditional Nepalese dish. This year we made 300 MoMos!
KEYSYS in the Courtyard
On the third Thursday of every month, we end our day a little early to hang out with coworkers, enjoy snacks, drinks, and corn hole.
KEYSYS Tailgate
Each year we partner with our friends over at Micropulse to host an Alabama Football Tailgate for our clients and team mates

This year we created 5 new designs!
