KEYSYS today announced that Lee Daniel has been appointed President, effective January 2026. Lee has been with the company for more than 11 years and has served as Chief Technology Officer for the past six, playing a central role in shaping KEYSYS’ technology strategy, leadership culture, and long-term direction.
Career Background and Tenure at KEYSYS
Lee joined KEYSYS in 2015, bringing more than two decades of experience in full-stack software development and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a Computer Controls specialization from Auburn University. He also is the coauthor of a patent on using neural networks to monitor real-time operations incorporating first principles of thermodynamics.
Over the years, Lee has worked across nearly every part of the organization, earning a reputation as a steady, thoughtful leader with a deep understanding of both the technical and human sides of the business.

As Chief Technology Officer, Lee led the evolution of KEYSYS’ technical standards, guided teams through complex client challenges across industries, and helped establish an engineering culture rooted in clarity, collaboration, and long-term thinking.
