Advice to Aspiring People Leaders

1. Lead with Empathy:

People won’t always remember what you said or did, but they’ll remember how you made them feel.

2. Be Curious:

Everyone has a story worth knowing. Ask questions, stay interested, and keep learning. It’s the best way to build real trust and connection.

3. Create Belonging:

Strive to build a culture where people enjoy showing up, feel valued, and know their voice matters.

It’s difficult to imagine a KEYSYS without Kelly. When we met, we discussed the main focus of the job: love and care for our coworkers and their families. In truth, Kelly would do that whether we discussed it or not because that’s who she is. It’s her identity to care for people and advocate for them. She makes us a better company with a healthier culture, and a brighter future.
