Client Bio: Rev.io provides sophisticated billing-as-a-service (BaaS) to communications companies, IoT companies, and technology service providers. Rev.io enables clients managing sophisticated subscription billing models with the industry’s most complete quote-to-cash financial processing experience to effectively manage end customers’ subscriptions, usage, taxation, billing, and payment processing.

Problem: Rev.io wanted to stick to their core business of billing but their clients needed better integration with their other business management software. That’s where we come in!

Our Approach: Three options for integrating Rev.io and their client’s other customer management services together. These options can build on top of each other or run separately, depending on the client’s needs.

Portal: The portal is a central location where you can interact with customers and cut down on the places they login.
Dashboard: The dashboard is a central location for the data from all their management services.
