Telecommunication platform hires KEYSYS to automate accounting transactions & allow them to scale

CLIENT: provides a secure, reliable, and flexible usage-based billing platform along with a powerful customer management system where users can seamlessly manage their customer relationships.

PROBLEM: is a massive invoicing engine. Accounts receivable and accounts payable are reconciled through payments collected through their invoicing engine. Then, this data is manually rekeyed into Quickbooks Online.

The manual entry has not only been cumbersome, time-consuming, and error stricken, it has hindered from having a big picture and up to date understanding of their company.

The accounting team can only provide transactional understandings of the company as a whole. As soon as the information is manually updated, the next set of data has already arrived and needs to be entered into Quickbooks Online. Manual entry leaves constantly playing a game of catch up.

With business increasing, it’s becoming harder to maintain the manual entry pace. Other core responsibilities are not fully completed because the accounting team spends the majority of their time trying to keep track of revenue streams.


In order to streamline the flow of invoices, payments, and customers from’s invoicing engine to the Quickbooks Online accounting platform we installed our proprietary application, Integration Manager (INTMGR).

Integration Manager is a cloud-based enterprise platform as a service (PaaS) that provides simple, efficient integrations between two cloud accessible systems. Integration Manager provides with automated reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

This allows’s platform to create a bill and then send it to the customer. When that is complete, Integration Manager pushes the billing information to Quickbooks Online’s accounting platform automatically.

IMPACT: is now able to see an updated, real-time status of their company, rather than giving isolated data snapshots.

The addition of Integration Manager has allowed’s accounting department to focus on their core job responsibilities by reducing manual tasks, saving them both time and money

As scales their business, the process for reconciling billing and accounting can remain the same without requiring additional hires.
