Telecommunication platform hires KEYSYS to automate accounting transactions & allow them to scale

Rev.io provides a secure, reliable, and flexible usage-based billing platform along with a powerful customer management system where users can seamlessly manage their customer relationships.

The manual entry has not only been cumbersome, time-consuming, and error stricken, it has hindered Rev.io from having a big picture and up to date understanding of their company.

The accounting team can only provide transactional understandings of the company as a whole. As soon as the information is manually updated, the next set of data has already arrived and needs to be entered into Quickbooks Online. Manual entry leaves Rev.io constantly playing a game of catch up.

With business increasing, it’s becoming harder to maintain the manual entry pace. Other core responsibilities are not fully completed because the accounting team spends the majority of their time trying to keep track of revenue streams.

In order to streamline the flow of invoices, payments, and customers from Rev.io’s invoicing engine to the Quickbooks Online accounting platform we installed our proprietary application, Integration Manager (INTMGR).

Integration Manager is a cloud-based enterprise platform as a service (PaaS) that provides simple, efficient integrations between two cloud accessible systems. This allows Rev.io’s platform to create a bill and then send it to the customer. When that is complete, Integration Manager pushes the billing information to Quickbooks Online’s accounting platform automatically.

The addition of Integration Manager has allowed Rev.io’s accounting department to focus on their core job responsibilities by reducing manual tasks, saving them both time and money

As Rev.io scales their business, the process for reconciling billing and accounting can remain the same without requiring additional hires.
