CLIENT:

Research Solutions is a regional chemical production and distribution company based out of Pelham, Alabama. For nearly 50 years they have provided a wide range of industrial chemicals, solvents, and cleaners to businesses across the country.

To help ease the nationwide shortage of sanitizing liquid, they have shifted production for the next 90 days to make hand sanitizer.

They came to KEYSYS in need of a customer-facing website to quickly sell their new line of hand sanitizer products.

PROBLEM:

Research Solutions currently produces two truckloads of hand sanitizer a day. But they were without a customer-facing website that would allow them to individually sell their products. They needed an eCommerce store that would handle customer purchases and integrate with their current shipping and logistics team.

ENGAGEMENT:

The team at KEYSYS used Shopify as an eCommerce platform to build ResearchSolutionsStore.com in under a week. Setting up the domain and products was relatively simple but additional customization was needed to account for shipping and product purchase limits. Research Solutions set a goal to get their hand sanitizer into the hands of as many people as possible to help fight the spread of COVID-19. Setting order limits and correctly providing ground and freight shipping were vital to the success of their operations.

Research Solutions have been a longtime client of KEYSYS and we are so proud to be a part of this project and work with them in reaching their goal.
